Our Orchard Charcuterie Picnic Boxes are built around premium local cheeses from- Lake Side Dairy, giving guests a true taste of Sturgeon County and Alberta-made craftsmanship.
This is a vegetarian charcuterie-style picnic, focused on beautiful cheese, fresh bread or crackers, Rosy Farms haskap jam, and seasonal pairings. No meat needed, the cheese and haskap do the heavy lifting.
Cheese selections may rotate based on availability and may include:
- Alpine
- Clothbound Cheddar
- Alberta Butter Cheese
- Chaga Cheddar
- Aged Cheddar
- Fromage Blanc
- Cheese curds
Each box is designed to be rich, local, snackable, and easy to enjoy in the orchard, whether you are coming solo, on a date, or with a whole crew of hungry berry pickers.

The is a single-serve, ready-to-enjoy picnic experience designed for guests who want to turn their U-Pick visit into something a little more special. Come solo, book two for a date, or order a stack for the whole crew.
It is simple, local, delicious, and very Rosy Farms: a little bit fancy, a little bit farmy, and best enjoyed with purple fingers.

We recommend:
- Comfortable shoes for walking the orchard, we are still a farm
- A hat, sunscreen, or light jacket depending on the weather
- A water bottle
- Your camera, because orchard picnics are dangerously cute
- Your appetite
Each single picnic box includes a curated selection of:
- Local artisan cheese- Lake Side Dairy
- Fresh bread and/or artisan crackers
- Rosy Farms haskap jam
- Seasonal fruit or farm-style pairing
- Mustard- Twisted Fork, honey, or another rotating local condiment
- Napkin and simple picnic serving items
- Access to picnic blanket use, based on availability
Optional add-ons may be available at the Farm Store, including haskap sparkling drinks, juice, ice cream, pies, freezies, and additional farm treats.
Please check in at the Rosy Farms Farm Store when you arrive. Your picnic box will be ready for your selected date and time.
Once checked in, you can grab a picnic blanket, choose your orchard spot, and enjoy your box among the haskap rows. Staff will point you toward picnic-friendly areas when you arrive.
Each box is designed as a single-person serving. Guests are encouraged to book one box per person.
For couples, families, or groups, simply select the number of boxes you need. This makes it easy to build your own orchard picnic, whether you are coming for a date, a family outing, or a group U-Pick adventure.
Cheese and pairing selections may vary based on seasonal availability and local supplier inventory.
Picnic boxes are prepared in advance. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your booking to receive a refund or reschedule.
If the weather is not picnic-friendly, we may offer a reschedule or suggest a more sheltered farm area where available.
